The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) NICE produces three kinds of guidance:

Guidelines Advisory Committee (GAC) Its empowered by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and the Ontario Medical Association to promote evidence-based health care in Ontario, by encouraging physicians to use the best available clinical practice guidelines.

The GAC endorses each recommended guideline following an in-depth review. Summaries of the guidelines rated most highly and links to all available guidelines are provided.
